Managerial Candidate Training Program

The “Managerial Candidate Training Program” is a program which has been implemented since 2004 to meet the store manager demand of our company which appeared following our rapid investment in stores. In addition to internal promotion, recruitments to Managerial Candidate positions allow us to swiftly prepare our candidates for store management positions.

Applications for Managerial Candidate positions are eliminated according to predetermined criteria and the suitable candidates are invited to a pre-examination at centres selected according to application numbers. The candidates are given a written examination covering the fields of general culture, general ability, history, geography, literature, mathematics etc. Our recruitment process for candidates who pass the pre-examination continues with the interview and the psychotechnical candidate assessment test and is completed with a reference check.

The aim of the six-month training program we include our staff in the managerial candidate position is first and foremost their preparation for the Store II. Manager position.

Within the framework of the program, in addition to orientation training carried out within stores, our managerial candidates receive classroom training in order to develop their professional, personal development and management abilities.

Interim assessments during the “Managerial Candidate Training Program” regularly measure the performance and development of candidates. At the end of the six-month program, the assessments made regarding our Managerial Candidates are brought together, and they are given research assignments on store management for their final assessment. Candidates who succeed in all assessments are appointed as Store II. Manager at a store in a city in Turkey according to the requirements of our company.

  • Adaptable to flexible working hours,
  • Competent in MS Office programs,
  • With no hindrance to travel, who can work in all cities in Turkey,
  • Preferably English-speaking,
  • For male candidates, the completion of the military duty
