Stores
Career management practices within our stores can be summarized as below:
- Our priority preference is for promotions regarding in-store positions to be made among existing staff.
- We regularly and systematically assess the development of our employees.
- The promotion of our employees from Sales Consultant to Department Manager and from Department Manager to Store II. Manager are carried out according to pre-established procedures. At certain periods we announce our staff requirements to our stores with announcements we make. We ensure that the nominations of our Regional Managers and Store Managers reach the Human Resources Department. We carefully examine candidate nominations and include the most suitable candidates according to nomination criteria in our system. In line with our procedures, we provide the professional etc. training to prepare our employees to the higher position and then measure the competence of our candidates with tests we carry out. We then appoint successful candidates to higher positions.
Centre
Competence measurements for staff working at central departments are carried out using various measurement tools comparing the staff member who has reached the targeted competence in her/his current position with the abilities of the position one step above. Candidates found successful as a result of the assessment are promoted to the higher position. For staff who are not deemed qualified for a higher position yet are given integration and development training.
