
In our recruitment process, as a first step, suitable candidates are canvassed for the open position from our CV bank and new applications are collected through our web site, Kariyer.net, our partner in this field, and newspaper advertisements. Suitable candidates selected as a result of the examination of CVs are first given a written test to measure their professional knowledge, an interview to assess their competence follows, and successful candidates are accepted into the psychotechnical candidate evaluation test. For candidates who successfully pass all stages of the selection process, a reference check is conducted and the recruitment process is completed. The fact that we received Kariyer.net’s annual RESPECT FOR PEOPLE award twice in 2003 and 2004 is another sign of the importance our company attaches to human resources.
