Education and Development

The vision of Tema Stores is to create brands and a store chain which can play in the world premier league, and to achieve this target educational and development activities to increase the personal and professional competence of employees are carried out under the following headings:

Orientation Training: Training given to new staff to introduce the aim, policy and structure of our company, their job definition, authority and responsibility and the work processes of other departments.

Basic Training: Training given to new staff to educate them on the basic knowledge, skills and behaviour their job requires.

Development Training: Training given to established staff to inform them about developments and innovations in their respective fields and to develop their abilities.

Integration Training: Programs we implement for the staff appointed to new positions for them to acquire the necessary competence for their new jobs. These programs do not implicate an upgrade but a change in the field of work or task, and serves as specialization and continuation training.

Upgrade Training: Programs we have prepared to meet the promotion demands of our company’s staff requirement. The training program prepared to meet future staff requirement is based on the competence required by the field and position the staff is to be trained in.

On-the-job Training: Training given on the job to provide new information to our staff, especially in professional and technical fields.
